Account Management

$99 monthly, billed on the 1st of the month

Our services include client project, and inventory management, cycle counts, account correspondence and maintenance, ongoing software support, integrations, and upgrades, and a cloud based client portal for clients to manage orders, create orders, see tracking information, and get billing reports

Storage

Inventory storage                                                       $0.60 per cubic ft monthly  cubic foot calculator

Storage space usage is calculated on a daily usage, billed on a monthly average.  Each product line in warehouse will be billed minimum of 1 cubic ft.

Example: 12”x12”x12” box holding 90 bottles of small health supplements would be charged $0.60 monthly.

Long Term Storage
12 months or longer                                                   $2.40 per cubic ft monthly

Applies to inventory being stored longer than twelve months from inventory receipt check in

FULFILLMENT LABOR – PER PACKAGE SHIPPED

$2.00 + $1.00 =$3.00 plus Shipping

Shipping pricing is according to package size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Pricing quoted is for small to medium items. Large items are subject to additional handling fees.  Apparel Customers can be subject to an additional $0.25 per item shipped.

Any order or request to remove products from inventory are subject to established Pick, Pack, and Handling fees.  This includes normal fulfillment and shipping orders, orders or requests for local pick up, inventory disposal, or removal of inventory for kitting and assembly projects, etc. Kitting and assembly projects will be quoted and billed separately in addition to established Pick, Pack, and Handling fees.

Packaging Fee Per Package Shipped

Air bubble void fill, bubble wrap, packing paper, bubble mailers / stock boxes up to 12”x12”x12”     $0.80 each

Shipping (No shipping minimums)

• Pricing according to package size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
• We use United States Postal Service(USPS), United Parcel Services (UPS), FedEx, DHL, and LTL/FTL freight services.

SETUP & ONBOARDING

One-time Setup fee of $300 for software portal setup, API Integrations setup, and full onboarding intake.  Client receives a full fee credit when set package volume is achieved.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL SERVICES:

• International Customs Documents: $1.00 per document. (For International Shipping)
• Special Request Shipments: APO/FPO/DPO $1.00 documentation fee
• Return Processing: $2.00 per return shipment, $0.50 per item returned. Includes receiving, re-stocking, re-inventory, and communication.
• Disposal fee $0.50 per unit plus applicable trash and dumpster fees
• 3rd Party Shipping Labels $3 per label used
• Custom Work Requested Not in Agreement: $40.00 per hour per person
• Shrink wrapping pallet for outbound shipping $10 per pallet
• Ship Central has authentic UPC codes available for purchase, $10 each.
• Barcoding of products if needed will be $40 per man hour, billed in 15 minute increments
• Enlisting Ship Central support team for bulk order file upload manipulation, order interceptions, rush orders, processing backorders, and order cancelations are subject to additional fees
• Any order or request to remove products from inventory are subject to established Pick, Pack, and Handling fees. This includes normal fulfillment and shipping orders, bulk orders, orders or requests for local pick up, inventory disposal, or removal of inventory for kitting and assembly projects, etc.

RECEIVING

• Standard Receiving                                                    Free / Included
• Non-Standard Receiving                                           $40 per man hour

Non-Standard Receiving: No packing list, products mixed in boxes needing to be sorted, hand unloading (not on pallets) & random freight shipments, breaking down & sorting items on pallets/products unless otherwise specified and agreed. Each item is required to have a UPC or ASIN barcode upon arrival. Products cannot be received into inventory until each has a barcode.  https://www.shipcentral.com/support/ship-central-receiving-requirements
