Product Receiving Order

Required When Sending Products to ShipCentral

For your products to be received quickly and properly at ShipCentral, a Product Receiving Order is required, and must be created in your shipping portal, including all products being shipped to us.  There are two different places you can do this:

  1. As an Expected Arrival when you create a Product in your portal (See Creating Your Products)
  2. As a separate Product Receiving Order for products already created

Option 1

Can also be done directly after creating a new Product/Product ID:

  • Log into your portal
  • Click Products>Create/Edit Products
  • Click on Find Product
  • Choose the product you will be sending to us.
  • Enter the Expected Quantity and Expected Date
  • Click Save

Or

Option 2

  • Click Receiving<Product Receiving Order
  • Click on Lookup
  • Choose the product you will be sending to us – You can also modify an existing expected arrival here
  • Enter Anticipated Arrival Date – You also have the option of entering O.’s, Shipping Information, and any specific Comments or Instructions about the shipment
  • Under Expected Products, adjust the Quantity of the product you are sending
  • To add another product to the list, click on the 
  • Click Submit
