Be sure your Ship Central portal understands your shipping descriptions that come from your website shopping cart with your orders for quick and proper shipping.
Software is only as smart as we tell it to be. Our software must understand the shipping instructions sent from your cart. The instructions must be exact, word for word including spaces and punctuation.
We recommend that you copy and paste these from your shopping cart as you set things up at Onboarding. Each time you change or add a shipping option or description, please notify our support team.
If the wording, spacing, and punctuation is not exact, the order will not come through.
