Orders to Amazon Warehouses

To ship inventory to Amazon fulfillment warehouses, you place a manual order in your ShipCentral fulfillment portal. In all the information fields, you will enter “FBA” to signify that’s where the inventory is to be shipped, and that we should handle it accordingly.

  • Once your order is prepared, our Support team will email the weights and dimensions of each package or pallet
  • You use these specifications to create PDF files of the shipping labels and email them to our Support team
  • Our Warehouse team then applies the labels and ships them accordingly to Amazon specifications and customer directions.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours to ship bulk orders

Entering Manual Order in ShipCentral Portal

  • Log in to ShipCentral portal using credentials provided previously
  • Begin by entering order as follows:
    • Click ORDERS>Enter Orders
    • Enter your Ordered By information (this should auto populate after the first time)
    • Enter shipping address information as “FBA
    • Then click Submit

A cart page with then populate where you will checkmark the “Order” box for each item needing to ship to Amazon, and enter the quantity. You can select all items needed before clicking “Add All Selected Items to Cart.”

You will see all the items populate in your shopping cart. When you have added all the items needed, click the “GO” button. You will see a detailed order confirmation.

To complete order click “SUBMIT Order.”

It will confirm your order. Near the top of the screen you can see your new Order ID.

You have now placed an order for shipping to FBA. You can view the order by clicking Orders>Order Inquiry in your portal menu.
