Create New Offer ID for a Product SKU from your website or shopping cart
The software is only as smart as we tell it to be. When we receive your orders, the product data comes as the “SKU” from your shopping cart on your website or marketplace.
Since you know your products best, you must map the SKU’s from your shopping cart as Offer ID’s in your ShipCentral portal to the applicable Product ID’s you have previously created. This is the only way the software knows which products to ship.
Example:
You are selling on your website one Garcinia and one Colon Cleanse, then create and OFFER SKU in Shopify called CAR-COL-COMBO. Then, match it in Ship Central to match your website and tell Ship Central below to ship one Garcinia and one Colon Cleanse when Ship Central receives an order for that SKU.
