How To Close Account

It’s a pleasure for our ShipCentral team to help you build your ecommerce business.  Should you need to leave us, here is the procedure:

  1. Send written statement to ShipCentral regarding desire to close account
  2. Email written instructions for what we should do with your inventory and include:
    • Shipping address(es), or
    • “Dispose of product”
  3. Our team will create a Removal Order, pull all remaining inventory, and package it for shipping or disposal (Please allow up to 5 business days)
  4. We will email you your final invoice of charges owed according to services rendered as agreed upon in your ShipCentral Fulfillment Agreement
  5. Once funds have cleared the bank, we complete the Removal Order by shipping, or disposing of inventory
