Unwanted SKU’s can only be made inactive, not deleted
- Log into your ShipCentral portal
- Click Offer SKUs
- Create and Edit Offer
- Find the offer we are wanting to make inactive
- Click second tab labeled Status
- Click box to make “inactive”
- Click Save.
