Orders->Customer Service->Order Adjustments->Adjust Orders/Cancel Orders
A screen will pop up to enter information in to help you find the orders you are looking for. If you want to search by name ->Optional->Select name by clicking on it
There will be a drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner. Select which option best fits your needs.
