Adjusting an Order

Setup & Onboarding
  1. Intercept the order (you cannot work on an order unless this step is completed)
    • Processing->Intercept
    • Ship Central has to confirm the order is intercepted before any changes can be madeadjusting-an-order1
  2. Orders->Customer Service->Order Adjustment->Adjust Orders/Cancel Ordersadjusting-an-order2
  3. Drop-down menu on the top left corner
    • Order options->Modify/Cancel Order->Add or Delete Items->Submitadjusting-an-order3
