Placing a Product Receiving Order

You must place a Product Receiving Order when sending product to ShipCentral. This will ensure your product is received quickly and accurately, and your orders will get shipped sooner.

Pre-requistes to Placing a Product Receiving Order

Product ID’s for each product, and Offer ID’s for each sku must be created before placing a Product Receiving Order to send in product. See instructions below, and you can contact Support@ShipCentral.com for additional assistance.

For NEW products complete the following steps:

  • STEP 1- Verify each item has a barcode on it (must be done before products can be received)
  • STEP 2- Create your Product ID’s using the barcode for each new item in your ShipCentral portal (must be done before products can be received)
  • STEP 3- Create Offer ID’s for your products in your ShipCentral portal using the product skus from your shopping cart – (must be done before orders can be received)

For REPEAT products complete the following steps:

  • STEP 1- Verify each item has a barcode on it (must be done before products can be received)
  • STEP 2- Verify Product ID’s for each item in your ShipCentral portal (must be done before products can be received)
  • STEP 3- Verify Offer ID’s for each item in your ShipCentral portal – (must be done before products can be received)

Instructions to Place a Product Receiving Order

Log into your ShipCentral portal

Click on the “Receiving” tab

Click “Product Receiving Order”

Enter incoming shipping information:

  • Anticipated Arrival Date
  • Arrival Time
  • Shipping From
  • Shipping Method/Carrier
  • Tracking Number or equivalent
  • Any other relevant comments

Click the “+” sign for a list of your products to select

Mark the boxes of the Product ID’s you will be sending

Click “Select” in the bottom right corner

Click in the Quantity box, and enter the quantity of the product you are sending

Click “Submit”
