Not following these steps can result in increased costs and delays in receiving your inventory.
For New products complete the following steps:
- STEP 1- Verify each item has a barcode on it (must be done before product is received)
- STEP 2- Create your Product ID’s for each new item in your ShipCentral portal (must be done before products can be received)
- STEP 3- Create Offer ID’s for your products in your ShipCentral portal using the product skus from your shopping cart – (must be done before product can be received)
- STEP 4- Create a Product Receiving Order for each delivery to ShipCentral
- STEP 5- Ship products to ShipCentral according to ShipCentral Receiving Requirements
For REPEAT products complete the following steps:
- STEP 1- Verify each item has a barcode on it (must be done before product is received)
- STEP 2- Verify Product ID’s for each item in your ShipCentral portal (must be done before product is received)
- STEP 3- Verify Offer ID’s for each item in your ShipCentral portal – (must be done before product is received)
- STEP 4- Create a Product Receiving Order for each delivery to ShipCentral
Incoming shipments of 4 or more pallets at one time require an appointment scheduled with our Receiving and Freight team. Email Dispatch@shipcentral.com for scheduling.

Importing

Receiving
Incoming pallet shipments scheduled through our Logistics Department (dispatch@shipcentral.com) will receive daily updates, and will be given priority receiving into inventory once the shipment arrives at ShipCentral.
